Terrible service

I dont know why i even gave my child to this lady. She was recommended by a friend, but when i took my 1 year old there, he would always cry in the mornings. First i thought he just not used to her, but for almost 1 month i neglected to realize, that this lady is mean to kids, she's very loud and mean. I would not recommend to give your kids to this day care.
